ARJ Resource Pages Now Live!

Blog articles with excerpts from and links to all the different, themed Sage Journal articles have now been separated into seven different categories on the website. The categories connect ARJ to the UN sustainability goals:

  • Women & Gender
  • Artfulness in ART
  • Peace & Conflict Transformation
  • Healthcare
  • Justice, Equality and Inclusion

We hope this will make it easier to find what you are looking for. Women & Gender explores many topics, from gender discourse and feminist participatory action research to examples of how action research is being implemented to help marginalized women and groups across the world. Artfulness in ART focuses on how action researchers can bring their artistic side into ART and how this, along with emotion, can allow a different perspective on ART. Peace & Conflict Transformation highlights how ARTists work within conflict transformation to bring about peace and how this method can be improved. Healthcare deals with how medical institutions are being transformed in the world right now to be more patient centered among other positive, transformational changes in the medical field. Justice, Equality, and Inclusion, and how action research works to achieve such vital issues is explored on this page. ART in Chinese Society shows how ART is transforming issues within this particular culture. Finally, Methods Innovation deals with the techniques involved in the field of action research–giving tips and research methods and examples of how they have helped or hindered different studies.
