From Dr. Marie Pace

I’m sharing with you a vacancy announcement (attached below) for a new Executive Director for CDA Collaborative Learning Projects. I’ll appreciate if you can circulate this within your networks and/or share directly with potential candidates who you think might be qualified and interested.

CDA is one of the leading organizations in the fields of humanitarian assistance, peacebuilding and sustainable development. Although small, they have a global reach and a hugely important mandate for the complex, volatile times we live. I’ve consulted for them in the past and have great respect, appreciation and affection for who they are and what they do. This is a critical transition for CDA, offering a great opportunity for a leader with the right combination of sensibilities, capacities and experiences. I’m biased to think just the right person might be drawn from integral/post formal leadership circles. It feels well worth the effort to try and see.

About CDA Collaborative Learning Projects: Pasted here is a link to their web site: http://cdacollaborative.org/. Please also find the Annual Report for CDA’s 2014 and 2015 fiscal years at this link <http://cdacollaborative.us7.list-manage.com/track/click?u=047ad2a2bf4289c758d13edf0&id=ab117af8df&e=195518c9b5>. It provides a thorough overview of CDA’s developments and accomplishments during those years. If it can be of help to interested candidates less familiar with CDA, they would be welcome to reach out. I’m knowledgable of their work and I have known most of their staff for many years.

From Dr. Marie Pace I’m sharing with you a vacancy announcement (attached below) for a new Executive Director for CDA Collaborative Learning Projects.
CDA Collaborative Learning Projects (CDA) is a non-profit organization committed to improving the effectiveness of those who work to provide humanitarian assistance, engage in peace practice, support sustainable development, and conduct corporate operations in a socially responsible manner. We combine rigorous analysis with pragmatic field-level work and deliver practical tools to field staff and policymakers alike. Our vision is a future where communities and nations demonstrate resilience, drive their own development, and resolve conflicts without resorting to armed violence. CDA’s mission is to advance that vision by supporting the application of lessons from collaborative learning processes to improve effective and accountable engagements that result in significant, positive, lasting change for people and societies.
