VUCA leadership and Action Research.
How can a group of educators teach about action research and leadership, while also practicing leadership? Action research enthusiasts Catherine Etmanski (Royal Roads University), Cheryl Getz (University of San Diego), Doug Paxton (St. Mary’s College) joined together. They are hosted by Stan Ward (Claremont Lincoln University) who invited Hilary Bradbury (convener of AR+) to start the conversation up with some orienting principles from action research.
