RCRC is Hiring a Research Director

The Relational Coordination Research Center (RCRC) is hiring a Research Director/Senior Research Associate to help further the mission of the RCRC. They are looking for a professional with: 

• A PhD or DSc in social science, organizational development or similar field 
• A deep understanding of Relational Coordination (RC) theory, research and data analysis – or an interest in cultivating a deep understanding of RC theory, research, and data analysis
  
• The ability to bring funding into the RCRC for research projects in multiple sectors – healthcare, human services, K-12 education, higher education, social change, etc.
  
• The ability to serve as PI or Co-PI on these projects
• The ability to supervise the work of PhD students on these projects
